Stress Relief in an Essential Oil!!

I received both InstaNatural Lavender and Peppermint Oil in the same delivery box from Amazon Prime. I was first impressed with how nice and big a bottle this is. I mean I know it said 4 ounces but I was use to what I would get in a store! I received this product for my honest review. Essential Oils are NOT all the same. When I purchased this I was happy to see that it was 100% pure, and it was all natural without being diluted.

With Lavender Essential Oil you can use it for so many things. First, I love it in the bath. Just a few drops in the bath water really makes it smell so nice and relaxing. It feels like the weight of the day just lifts off of my shoulders. It really helps. One of the other things I love it for it as a massaging oil. Sometimes my neck or my husbands’ shoulders just ache. After getting a massage with some lavender oil, it helps makes you feel better. We fall asleep in each others arms. All the tenseness gone! This lavender oil does not have a strong smell either. Just a nice light smell.We use it in our diffuser in the bedroom and in our study to help with stress, depression and anxiety. It really helps.

Lavender Essential Oil is also great for cleaning cuts, to put on bruises and use on skin irritations. I put it on after getting my blood drawn. I am a hard draw and usually bruise. This seems to help with it not being so painful and not bruising as much. I also will put a small drop in my body lotion to just get that added fragrance. Of course you can always place a drop on your pulse points on your wrists and use it for your fragrance of the day. You’ll smell great and get the added bonus of that refreshing feeling.

Again, I like the fact that this has no extra fillers, but is 100% pure, natural and undiluted. The smell is not heavy(as I have smelled in others with fillers)but light and fragrant. I am recommending this to all my friends!
